1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order please click on our online store, select the category you want, then select what you want by clicking the image, it will automatically take you to another page. there will be a white rectangular bar with an arrow pointing down. Click on the drop down menu by selecting the length you want after that go to cart, selct your destination and proceed to checkout.
2. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
All orders must be paid using our paypal secure payment at checkout point.
UK* deliveries are mainly sent via our royal mail recorded delivery. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days between hours of 9am and 1pm. Monday -to Friday (For further info please visit www.royalmail.com) All orders made after 3pm are likely to be processed for delivery for the following day. Therefore will be received on the 6th working day from the day of purchase.
4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international deliveries are dispatched via USPS, & Royal Mail. The list of countries for international delivery can be found on the checkout page. USPS & Royal Mail delivers Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. All orders made after 3pm are likely to be processed foe delivery the following day. Furthermore if there is a slight problem with stock or order preparation (Including dyeing, bleaching, and other special services) the order will also be dispatched the following day. or maybe delayed. Saturday delivery is a service only provided via royal mail. dying, washing, bleaching, and other special services , the order will also be dispatched the following day.
5. SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS.
All payments received on our website are secure, all orders must be paid using our secure paypal payment. using paypal is secure and safe, no third party can review your bank details.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns due to hygiene reasons, especially if the hair has been worn (used) removed from its package, washed, combed, dyed, bleached, altered or tampered, in an anyway. The item must be in the same state and condition it was before it was received. All orders are final. No Cancellations. EXCHANGE ONLY. Due to the nature of business we cannot offer any refunds. Order only if you are committed to purchasing. There are no exceptions.
